contrib/npclient: mostly style issues
- scaling to NP_AXIS_MAX is confusing
- NP_GetSignature strlen(3) incorrect usage
- remove mutex usage entirely, broken in DCS
- cleanup GameId race
- unsigned int -> unsigned
- reformat, style
Binaries:
- clang 5.5.0 release
- compiled as -march=i686 -Os -s -Wl,--kill-at -std=gnu89 -mdll
- same for 64bit, except no -march
- not reproducible build
